Warranty Policy

UDK Electrical Industries Private Limited

1. Warranty Coverage

All LED lighting products supplied by UDK Electrical Industries Pvt. Ltd. are covered under warranty only against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 (Two) Years from the date of invoice.

Warranty is applicable only for:

LED light not glowing (complete failure)
Flickering issue under normal usage
Internal component defects under standard operating conditions

2. PCB to PCB Warranty (Important Clause)

Warranty is strictly PCB-to-PCB / Driver-to-Driver replacement basis only
No complete fixture replacement unless approved by company
Only defective PCB or Driver will be repaired or replaced

3. Warranty Not Applicable (VOID CONDITIONS)

Warranty shall be null and void in the following cases:

Electrical Issues:

Driver burnt / burned out
Damage due to short circuit
High/low voltage, surge, or fluctuation

Physical Damage:

Broken housing, cracks, dents
Water damage due to improper fitting
Any external impact or mishandling

Usage & Installation:

Improper installation (no earthing / wrong wiring)
Usage beyond recommended hours (more than 12 hrs/day continuous)
Use in non-recommended environment

Tampering:

Opening of product seal
Unauthorized repair or modification

Natural Causes:

Lightning, fire, flood, or other natural disasters

4. Warranty Claim Requirements

To process any warranty claim, the customer must provide:

Valid Invoice copy
Product details (Model / Wattage)
Clear photo/video of defect
Proper packaging while sending material

5. Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Claim Intimation

Customer must inform via:

Website form / Email / WhatsApp

Step 2: Verification

Technical team will verify issue
Claim approval is subject to company inspection

Step 3: Material Dispatch

Customer must send defective product to company
Transportation charges (to company) are customer responsibility

Step 4: Service Action

Product will be repaired or replaced (PCB/Driver only)
No replacement for full body unless approved

Step 5: Return

Repaired/replacement product will be dispatched by company

6. Service Timeline

Warranty claims will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving defective material

7. Important Legal Conditions

Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for original purchaser
Warranty valid only with original invoice
Company reserves the right to inspect and reject claim if terms are violated
No cash refund / no replacement for misuse cases
Company decision shall be final and binding

8. Limitation of Liability

UDK Electrical Industries Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses
Loss of business, profit, or damages due to product failure
Damage caused due to improper installation or site conditions

9. Transportation Clause

Sending defective material → Customer responsibility
Return dispatch → Company responsibility

10. Disclaimer

Product performance depends on proper installation and electrical conditions
Warranty does not cover wear & tear or environmental degradation
