At UDK Electrical Industries Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality LED and solar lighting products. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.

By purchasing from our website or directly from our company, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

- The product is damaged during transit

- The product has a manufacturing defect

- The wrong product was delivered

- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

The product must be:

- Unused

- In original packaging

- With invoice/bill copy

- With all accessories intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Customized or bulk project orders

- Installed or used products

- Products damaged due to improper installation

- Clearance or special discount items

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

- If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

- Refund will be issued via original payment method

- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred via bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

If the product has a manufacturing defect under warranty:

- We will provide a replacement product

- Replacement may take 7–14 working days depending on stock availability

6. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

- Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

- Bulk government or corporate orders cannot be cancelled once production starts

7. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must include:

- Invoice copy

- Product images

- Description of issue

Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage (unless IP-rated), or improper installation.
